aerialovely was founded in 2011, by me, Tiffany Julia of ariestrash.com. I needed something to supplement my freelance gigs so that I could have spending money to go to Europe. So, I started making jewelry with the intent to sell. Soon, this small little hobby grew, and after my two month stay in Europe, I decided to continue making jewelry and grow my shop. Now, my shop has expanded quite a bit to include various other types of accessories, paper goods, premade web designs, digital printables and ecoures.

All of the jewelry, accessories, paper goods, designs and ecourses here on aerialovely are handmade, designed, and created by me. Each physical handmade piece may be slightly different than pictured, whether it be the length or the beads and charms used at the ends of them, stitching, paper pages of notebooks, etc. Colors may vary on different computers. All items are made with love!

How long will it take to receive my order?
All physical items will be appropriately packaged and posted in a timely manner, upon payment completion. I usually post your packages in a day or two upon receiving full payment, weekends and holidays permitting. No post on Sundays!
Shipping is through the USPS First Class mail, so expect your items to reach you in about 3-5 business days in the United States. For International purchases, please expect your item to reach you in about 14-21 business days, as the package will probably go through customs. International buyers are responsible for all import fees, taxes, and duties their country might impose on the item as it goes through customs.
All items will ship uninsured, so buy at your own risk. I, however, will message you when I’ve shipped your package with a tracking number, if applicable.
All digital purchases will be delivered instantly. Upon purchase completion, you should receive an email containing the link to download your goods. You can also find the download link in your account dashboard, under Downloads.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
Refunds will be granted upon request on shipped items only.
If the item wasn’t what you expect, you just didn’t like it, it arrived damaged, etc. you may return it for a refund of the difference of what you payed for it minus all transaction fees and shipping + handling.
If you did receive an item damaged, please Contact Me for a resolution. My jewelry is easily fixable and if something was damaged through the mail, you are more than welcome to send it back and I’ll fix the item (or replace it if I’ve got an extra made) at no additional cost. You’ll just pay the shipping to get it to me. I’ll pay the shipping to return the fixed product to you.
We are not responsible for items lost through the mail.
No refunds on downloadable products, including ecourses.
Do you do custom blog designs?
Currently, no. Not at the moment.
